General:

"Montaudio" refers to the owners of the Montaudio brand, its subsidiaries and channel partners. "Products" means the product and or services supplied by Montaudio to the Customer. "Customer" means the user or entity purchasing the Products.

Montaudio total liability for any claim howsoever shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Montaudio to the customer. Montaudio shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way, save where such liability is imposed upon Montaudio by statute. Montaudio cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with instructions specifically stated on the website or in the brochures. Montaudio will not be liable for loss, damage or injury to the Customer or to any other person or to the property of the Customer or any other person arising out of the use or possession of the Products. No warranty is expressed or implied as to the quality or fitness of the Products for any particular purpose or otherwise.

Montaudio endeavours to provide the most current and accurate information on our website including product specifications and stock levels, however, we cannot be responsible for any errors in our product information, specifications, pricing and stock levels.
