This limitation of liability does not affect any statutory rights that the Customer may have under applicable consumer protection laws.Montaudio’s liability shall not extend to any misuse, improper installation, or modification of the Products by the Customer or any third party. Force Majeure:

Montaudio shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or disruptions in communication or transportation.

 

Governing Law:

The contract and its terms are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act 1996 (New Zealand). Mediation or arbitration shall take place in New Zealand unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties. Any dispute under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of New Zealand.​
