"Montaudio" refers to the owners of the Montaudio brand, its subsidiaries, and channel partners. "Products" means the product and/or services supplied by Montaudio to the Customer. "Customer" means the user or entity purchasing the Products.  By purchasing or using Montaudio's products, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions. If the Customer does not agree, they must not purchase or use the products.​

Information and Specifications:

Montaudio’s website may provide various technical specifications regarding the products and applications related to those products. These specifications do not form part of an instruction manual for products of Montaudio. They do not constitute recommendations or guidance for decisions concerning the purchase of technical products.The information on the website provided by Montaudio only serves general information purposes and may be subject to change at any time without prior notice to the user. Therefore, technical specifications of products may differ from actual performance.Customers are advised to consult with qualified professionals before relying on product specifications for critical applications. Montaudio disclaims any liability for damages resulting from reliance on website information without further verification. For tailored advice or guidance on Montaudio products, customers are encouraged to consult their local Montaudio distributor or specialist.

Errors and Omissions:

Montaudio endeavours to provide the most current and accurate information on our website, including product specifications; however, we cannot be responsible for any errors in our product information or specifications. Montaudio reserves the right to correct any error or omission in any product information, specifications, fees, charges, quotations, or advertising at any time without prior notice or liability to you or any other person.

Liability:

Montaudio's total liability for any claim, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Montaudio to the Customer. Montaudio shall not be liable for any consequential loss, whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way, save where such liability is imposed upon Montaudio by statute.Montaudio cannot accept any liability for failure to comply with instructions specifically stated on the website or in the brochures. Montaudio will not be liable for loss, damage, or injury to the Customer or to any other person or to the property of the Customer or any other person arising out of the use or possession of the Products. This limitation of liability does not affect any statutory rights that the Customer may have under applicable consumer protection laws.Montaudio’s liability shall not extend to any misuse, improper installation, or modification of the Products by the Customer or any third party. No warranty is expressed or implied as to the quality or fitness of the Products for any particular purpose or otherwise.

Privacy:

Montaudio treats privacy issue seriously and strives to protect the privacy and security of all clients, supplier and subscribers. Please refer to Privacy Notices section for more information.

Force Majeure:

Montaudio shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or disruptions in communication or transportation.

 

Governing Law:

The contract and its terms are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act 1996 (New Zealand). Mediation or arbitration shall take place in New Zealand unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties. Any dispute under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of New Zealand.​

Montaudio makes every effort to ensure that our website is free from viruses or defects. However, Montaudio cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it will not cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that appropriate measures are taken to screen out anything that may damage your computer.
